Discover Aguirrebeko, our most emblematic wine jewel! With its name inspired by the idyllic hamlet of Aguirrebekoa, this wine embodies the essence of txakoli. Our carefully crafted recipe combines 85% of the captivating Hondarrabi Zuri, an indigenous variety that brings freshness and vivacity, and 10% Riesling, which adds complexity and elegance. To complete this symphony of flavors, we add a 5% blend of Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Munemahatsa, adding unique nuances, soft aromas and exquisite texture.
In our winery, we call it the hidden treasure of Aguirrebeko. By observing how the wine evolved in the tank without interference during the pandemic, we discovered a new path to uniqueness. LENTO LATIDO Txakoli is the fruit of a meticulous practice: letting the wine that was destined to become AGUIRREBEKO age in the tank for at least a year. It is in this prolonged resting process that it acquires its distinctive character.

Made exclusively with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety, it represents the maximum expression of quality and dedication in each bottle. Each year, we carefully select the best grapes from our vineyard, guaranteeing excellence from the moment of harvest.
We create this wine using carbonic maceration, a traditional technique that ferments the whole cluster in an anaerobic environment. It is here that the grape juice is transformed into wine within the fruit itself, thus preserving the natural flavors and aromas of the fruit.
