Our blend is composed of 80% Hondarrabi Zuri, enhanced with a deliciously aromatic touch of 20% Riesling, thus achieving a perfect balance that combines freshness, complexity and elegance.
Discover Aguirrebeko, our most emblematic wine jewel! With its name inspired by the idyllic hamlet of Aguirrebekoa, this wine embodies the essence of txakoli. Our carefully crafted recipe combines 85% of the captivating Hondarrabi Zuri, an indigenous variety that brings freshness and vivacity, and 10% Riesling, which adds complexity and elegance. To complete this symphony of flavors, we add a 5% blend of Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Munemahatsa, adding unique nuances, soft aromas and exquisite texture.
In our winery, we call it the hidden treasure of Aguirrebeko. By observing how the wine evolved in the tank without interference during the pandemic, we discovered a new path to uniqueness. LENTO LATIDO Txakoli is the fruit of a meticulous practice: letting the wine that was destined to become AGUIRREBEKO age in the tank for at least a year. It is in this prolonged resting process that it acquires its distinctive character.

The name of our wine pays homage to one of the most distinctive natural wonders of Urdaibai: the characteristic left wave. In the years when our vineyard provides us with an abundant and excellent harvest of Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, we manage the production of Txakoli Maddy. This wine, made 100% with the Hondarrabi Zuri variety, stands as the maximum reference and expression of the authentic txakoli made with this emblematic grape.
Discover our latest addition to the winery, a 100% Hondarrabi Beltza rosé txakoli. Made exclusively from the Hondarrabi Beltza variety, this wine is a treasure from our adjoining plots of Los Caminos and Arandia 3. These privileged soils receive continuous sunshine, giving the grapes optimum ripeness and distinctive character.

From the balcony of Urdaibai, the majestic Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve unfolds before us, witness to millennia of history. The views encompass San Miguel de Ereñozar, guardian of the ancient caves of Santimamiñe, as well as the oppidum of Arrola (in Arratzua) and the Roman settlement of Forua, where vestiges lie that tell the story of a vital past. The heights also reveal the summits of four of the five Biscayan Bocinero Mountains, which in medieval times announced the celebration of the General Meetings under the emblematic Tree of Gernika. From here, we can see the iconic town of Gernika and the mouth of the Urdaibai estuary. At the foot of the Sollube, we discover other treasures, such as San Juan de Gaztelugatxe and the Matxitxako Lighthouse in Bermeo. A panorama that fuses history, nature and culture in a captivating landscape.
