Our blend is composed of 80% Hondarrabi Zuri, enhanced with a deliciously aromatic touch of 20% Riesling, thus achieving a perfect balance that combines freshness, complexity and elegance.
Discover Aguirrebeko, our most emblematic wine jewel! With its name inspired by the idyllic hamlet of Aguirrebekoa, this wine embodies the essence of txakoli. Our carefully crafted recipe combines 85% of the captivating Hondarrabi Zuri, an indigenous variety that brings freshness and vivacity, and 10% Riesling, which adds complexity and elegance. To complete this symphony of flavors, we add a 5% blend of Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia and Munemahatsa, adding unique nuances, soft aromas and exquisite texture.
In our winery, we call it the hidden treasure of Aguirrebeko. By observing how the wine evolved in the tank without interference during the pandemic, we discovered a new path to uniqueness. LENTO LATIDO Txakoli is the fruit of a meticulous practice: letting the wine that was destined to become AGUIRREBEKO age in the tank for at least a year. It is in this prolonged resting process that it acquires its distinctive character.

Made exclusively from the Hondarrabi Beltza variety, this wine is a treasure from our adjoining plots of Los Caminos and Arandia 3.
